Teaching License Distribution in All Provinces:
Government of Nepal, Teachers Service Commission (TSC) - Shikshak Sewa Aayog, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Notice regarding the distribution of teaching license:
The Teaching License will be distributed to the successful candidates in the examination of the Teaching License taken in accordance with the advertisement published in Ashad 2076 under the Education Act, 2028 (with amendments), and Teacher Service Commission Rules 2059 (with amendments) from 2077-6-14. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned as the teaching license will be distributed from the Education Development Directorate of the concerned province.
1. Candidates from the districts mentioned in the details should contact the concerned Education Development Directorate.
A. Education Development Directorate Dhankuta: Taplejung, Panchthar, Ilam, Jhapa, Sankhuwasabha, Terhathum, Dhankuta, Bhojpur, Morang, Sunsari, Solukhumbukhotang, Okhaldhunga, Udaipur.
B. Directorate of Education Development Dhanusha: Saptari, Siraha, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Vara, Parsa
C. Bagmati Education Development Directorate Hetauda: Dolakha, Ramechhap, Sindhuli, Sindhupalchok, Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, Kavrepalanchok, BhaktapurKathmandu, Lalitpur, Makwanpur, Chitwan
D. Gandaki Education Development Directorate Pokhara: Nawalparasi East, Gorkha, Manang, Lamjung, Kaski, Tanahu, Syangja Mustang, Myagdi, Waglung, Parbat.
E. Directorate of Education Development Butwal: Palpa, Gulmi, Arghakhanchi, Rupandehi, Kapilbastu, Rolpa, Pyuthan, Dang, Banke, Bardia, Nawalparasi West, Rukrumpur.
F. Karnali Education Development Directorate Surkhet: Rukmapaschim, Salyan) Humla, Mugu, Dolpa, Kalikot, Jumla, Jajarkot, Dailekh, Surkhet.
G. Sudarpaschim Directorate of Education Development, Dhangadi: Bajura, Bajhang, Achham, Doti, Kailali, Darchula, Baitadi, Dadeldhura, Kanchanpur.
2. The application form for requesting a teaching license can be obtained from the concerned directorate.
3. In order to get the teaching License, the person concerned has to be present in person.
4. There will be no revenue or fee for obtaining such a teaching license for the first time.
5. Candidates will have to certify the photocopies of the documents required to obtain the teaching License and submit the original documents for verification.
6. Two auto-size photos must be attached with the application.
7. Documents to be submitted for obtaining a teaching license: A copy of the certificate of Nepali citizenship, a copy of the admission letter, and the educational qualification certificates as per the details in the advertisement (certificates of passing the minimum educational qualification prescribed from the entrance examination) should be attached.
A) Advertisement No. 32/076 Primary Level:
- At least a copy of the certificate of passing the proficiency certificate level or similar examination
- Copy of certificate of completion of a minimum 10 months training in education or proficiency certificate in education or similar examination.
B) Advertisement No. 33/076 Lower Secondary Level:
- Copy of proficiency certificate level or equivalent examination certificate with a minimum of 200 integers in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution
- A copy of the certificate of completion of minimum of 10 months of training in education or proficiency certificate in education or passing the examination of one hundred.
C) Advertisement No. 34/076 Secondary Level:
- Certificate of passing the bachelor's degree or similar examination with a minimum of 300 integers in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution
- Copy of certificate of completion of a minimum 10 months training in education or passing the bachelor level
D) Advertisement No. 35/076 Secondary Level:
- A copy of the certificate of passing the postgraduate (Master degree) or similar examination with a minimum of 300 integers in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution.
- Original copy of the temporary teaching License obtained as a teacher working at the former Higher Secondary Level
E) Advertisement No. 36/076 Secondary Level:
- Copy of Bachelor's Degree Certificate in Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, English, Office Management and Accounting, Law, Agricultural Science, or Animal Science from a recognized educational institution.
P.S.
- In case of an educational certificate passed from a foreign educational institution, a copy of the equivalence certificate should be submitted.
