Teachers Post Matching and Redistribution - MoEST Notice:

Subject: Regarding teacher post matching and redistribution.
Local-level (Khuda Pool Shikshak Darbandi only).

Regarding the decision of the Government of Nepal (Council of Ministers) on 2076-04-05 regarding the matching and redistribution of teacher vacancies, the district and local level teacher vacancies have been established and the vacancies are being matched and redistributed as per the Teacher Vacancy (Matching and Management) Procedure 2076; As per the decision of this center dated 2077-06-11, it is requested to do the detailed work for the implementation of the action plan for matching and redistribution of district and local level teacher posts.
1. Coordinating with the local level for teachers who want to be transferred to another local level to be added to the local level specified by the local level (Khuda Pool Darbandi) or to the local level of the relevant province to be added to the local level; The Education Development and Coordination Unit will publish the information within 15 days.
Upon receipt of the application, the posts will be reduced within the district (having Khuda Pool) and the posts prescribed by the local level will have to be added. If there is a demand for transfer from the district where the posts will be reduced (Khuda Pool) to the district where the posts will be added in the same province, the district will leave and the transfer will be sent to this center for transfer management.
2. To invite application for transfer even for the teachers who want to be transferred with the consent of transfer to the vacant post of the school where there is no Khuda Pool in the district other than the district where the post will be reduced.
Based on the application received, the Education Development and Coordination Department of the district have decided to reduce the number of teacher posts (Khuda Pool Darbandi) in view of the possible vacancies at the local level; To give transfer consent and transfer posts in the schools under the local level specified by the transferring district as per the rules.
3. Teacher posts to be reduced (Khuda Pool Darbandi) Teachers who want to be transferred from the local level to other local level vacancies where there are no vacancies in the same district will be transferred from the Education Development and Coordination Unit as per the rules.
4. According to points 2 and 3, the vacant teacher posts will be reduced within the district (Khuda Pool Darbandi). Matching and redistributing vacancies by the relevant education development and coordination post at the local level of the district;
Also, for the purpose of sending vacancies in the district to which other specified posts have to be added after deduction from that district, a letter should be sent to this center.
5. As mentioned above, the Education Development and Coordination Unit has transferred the number of posts (including vacancies and teachers) from the local level to Khuda Pool Darbandi. It is requested to disclose the details including the number of vacancies at the local level and make the details available to this center by adding the details in the format demanded as per the letter dated 2077-05-20.
