Students' organizations have suggested not to leave the affiliated and constituent campuses of Tribhuvan University on Sunday. The university administration had invited student organizations and sought suggestions. It has been suggested that the students should not leave on Sunday due to lack of credit hours, non-completion of the course, and failure to complete the course while deciding on the examination center.

‘Study days on campus are 170 days. Credit hours have not even sufficient. 'Dujang Sherpa, president of the Nepal Students' Union, who participated in the discussion, said,' It is impractical to leave the campus under Tribhuvan University on Sunday. In the education sector, we have suggested not to leave on Sunday. '

Sherpa said that after hearing the opinion of the student union leaders, the university administration has informed the staff to make a decision. Sherpa said that he was optimistic after the discussion that there would be no campus leave under Tribhuvan University on Sunday.

The government has decided to give two days off on Saturday and Sunday with effect from Jestha 1.
