Seven MBBS Doctors Arrested on Charges of Fake SLC Certificates:
Police have arrested seven MBBS doctors on charges of forging SLC educational certificates. A press conference was held at the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) on Monday. One person was arrested from Rukum West, two from Biratnagar, one from Janakpur, and three from Kathmandu.
Among the arrested are Mohammad Siddique, 28, of Saptari and Akhilesh Kumar Dev, 31, Subhash Prasad Sah and Pallavi Singh, 29, of Mahottari, Mohammad Shahid Raja, 28, of Dhanusha, Dipendra Gautam, 31, of Manang and Faraz Hussain Khan, 29, of Lalitpur.
According to the CIB, he was arrested on the charge of stealing the educational certificate of the SLC. The CIB had launched a crackdown on them a few days ago.
