According to Nandalal Paudel, Controller of Examinations (Grade 10) at the National Examination Board, answer sheets and question papers have already been delivered to all districts for the examination.

For compulsory subjects, different question papers have been prepared according to the provinces. For optional subjects, based on the number of students, in some cases two types of question papers and in others only one type has been printed. This time, 29 students from Japan are participating in the SEE. These students belong to Nepali language schools operating in Japan.

Answer sheets have already been sent to Japan, while question papers will be sent at the time of the exam through the Nepali Embassy located there. The exams will also be conducted through the embassy, informed Controller of Examinations Paudel.

To make the examination more inclusive, three special examination centers have been designated this year in juvenile correction centers and prisons. The ministry stated that special monitoring arrangements have been made to maintain the quality of the examination and to discourage cheating.

Minister for Education, Science and Technology, Bidya Bhattarai, said that the ministry is committed to ensuring fair opportunities for all students and emphasized that the cooperation of all stakeholders is necessary to successfully conduct the examination.

Minister Bhattarai made it clear that no weakness will be tolerated in the operation of the exam and stated that only coordination and cooperation with local and provincial governments will lead to successful completion of the exams. She warned that anyone acting against the rules will face strict action and stated that if the dignity of the examination is not maintained, the heads of the Education Development and Coordination Units will also be held accountable.

Similarly, there are 74,598 students under the regular category, while 20,310 students are appearing for grade improvement. Likewise, 3,174 students will be taking the exam under the technical stream.
