SEE 2079: 5 Lakh Students to Appear in the Last Exam of Old Syllabus

The Secondary Education Examination (SEE) of the year 2079 is commencing from Friday, Chaitra 17, 2079 (March 31, 2023), and will continue till 29th of Chait. According to the National Examination Board, a whopping 5 lakh 16 thousand 577 students from all over the country have registered to participate in the examination.

Last Exam Based on the Old Syllabus

This year's SEE examination is the last one based on the old syllabus. From next year 2080, the examination will be conducted based on the new syllabus. Therefore, students who appear for SEE 2079 will be assessed based on the old syllabus, which will soon be replaced by a new curriculum.

Different Questions in Each Province

The state has prepared a parallel set of question papers for compulsory subjects, and different questions will be asked in each province. Although the difficulty level will be the same, students from different provinces will receive different questions, providing them with an equal opportunity to perform well in the examination.

Over 2,000 Examination Centers Across the Country

The Controller of Examinations (Class 10) Bishnunarayan Shrestha has confirmed that the question papers and answer sheets have been dispatched to all 2,037 examination centers located across the country. Students are advised to reach their respective examination centers at least an hour before the scheduled time. The examination will begin at 8 am.
