At Triveni Community School located in Bheri Municipality-1 Rimna, classes are available for grades 1 through 10. But there is no teacher's post at Secondary Level level (9-10), which has been teaching for 10 years by keeping the teacher in private source.

The school is facing a heavy burden to pay salaries to teachers who are privately funded. "We have hired five teachers in private sources for a one-time tuition fee from the students. There is a problem with paying salaries. The teachers are working on outstanding salary, "said Bindo Sahani, the principal." We have been conducting Secondary Level classes as permanent positions but due to prolonged non-permanent positions, there was a lot of problem in running the school.

Teaching up to 8 grades at Chandrajyoti Basic School located at Chhedagad Municipality-12 Managhat. There is not a single teacher permanent position in the lower secondary (6-8) level in this school. Here also the teacher is kept in private sources. Principal Sharma Bahadur Khatri said, "This school, which was established in 2046 BS year, was in operation till 5th grade. After the compulsion to go far beyond to study above five classes, teacher's placement in private source eight years ago. We have operated, but for a long time, the teacher is unable to run the school without getting a quote Ikai hard worker. "

Out of 433 schools in the district, 127 are running without such a rate. Subject teachers are provided at the Government Community Lower Secondary School (6-8) and Secondary Level (9-10) levels. The Education Act states that there should be at least four barracks in the community schools, but such schools have experienced problems when they are allowed to operate schools without teacher enclosures.

According to the Education Development and Coordination Unit, 127 schools are operating in vacant positions at Secondary Level 26, Lower Secondary Level 46 and Primary Level 55 in the district. Because of the lack of Permanent Positions, the teacher has been hired to pay the minimum wage.

Tilak Bhattarai, chief of the Education Development and Coordination Unit, said that they were found to be hired from private students to collect the development budget. Bhattarai said that the school could not be as good as there was no thematic teacher in the schools without such permanent positions.

Last year, the government provided a grant of Rs 43.9 million for the grant of tuition training to appoint at least one teacher in a school that was operating at zero position. There was some relief to the school who received the amount, but the current inspector reduced the amount of the grant and sent it to the teachers who have been hired, said inspector Khadak KC.

“This year, only about Rs 15 million has been budgeted. It would seem that Rs 11.13 million would be required if the schools in the zero permanent position were to be funded to appoint at least three teachers ”. He said, "What happens to 15 million is not even half the salary of a teacher appointed last year. There seem to be more problems. " - From RSS
