C) Experimental test:
The basis for the Typing Skill Test of the experimental test will be as follows:
A) A test of 400 words for Nepali Romanized Unicode Typing and English Typing Skill Test will be given and marks will be given as under -
- Less than 11 words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 0 marks
- 11 or more and less than 13 pure words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 3 Marks
- 13 or more and less than 15 correct words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 4 Marks
- 15 or more and less than 17 correct words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 5 Marks
- 17 or more and less than 19 correct words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 6 Marks
- 19 or more and less than 21 correct words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 7 Marks
- 21 or more and less than 23 pure words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 8 Marks
- 23 or more and less than 25 correct words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 9 Marks
- 25 or more and less than 27 pure words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 10 Marks
- 27 or more and less than 29 pure words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 11 Marks
- 29 or more and less than 31 correct words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 12 Marks
- 31 or more and less than 33 correct words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 13 Marks
- 33 or more and less than 35 correct words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 14 Marks
- 35 or more correct words per minute (Correct Word Per Minute) - 15 Marks
B) Formula For calculation of correct word/minute:
Correct words/Minute = (Total words Typed - Wrong words) / 10 (for romanize typing and English typing)
Note: English or Nepali Romanized Unicode Skill Test will be checked against the typed test based on the test given in the exam. After that, points will be given according to the path mentioned above. If the candidates do not type punctuation in their text as per the location mentioned in the given English or Nepali Romanized Unicode typing text, it will not be counted in the word.
