Rastriya Bhumi Aayog Published Notice for Landless Dalits, Sukumbasi, and Unorganized Settlers: Government of Nepal, National Land Commission, Tahachal, Kathmandu Thirty-five (35) Notice Regarding Land Application for Landless Dalits, Landless Squatters, and Unorganized Residents
The Government of Nepal's National Land Commission located in Tahachal, Kathmandu has published a notice on 2079-11-04 to invite applications from landless Dalits, landless squatters, and unorganized residents who are seeking to obtain land. This notice is being republished on 2079-11-04 for the second time.
The aim of this notice is to provide land to landless Dalits and landless squatters, as well as to manage unorganized settlements. Those who are eligible for this land must fill out an application form from their local level within 35 days, starting from 2079-11-05. The application must be completed in the format prescribed by the National Land Commission.
To submit the application, data collectors will be posted at designated locations of the ward. Applicants must provide all necessary information and documents as required.
