Province 2 Government Proceed to Recruitment Process of Civil Servant:
The bill made by the government of Province 2 to make provision for the formation, operation, and conditions of service of the province's civil service has been ratified.
The bill passed by the Provincial Assembly on Kartik 3, 2077 was ratified by the Chief of Province No. 2, Tilak Pariyar on Wednesday. After the ratification of this bill, the way has been opened for the state government to recruit civil servants. The bill was registered at the state head office on Magh 16, 2077.
According to his personal secretary Padam Bishwakarma, the bill has been ratified by the Chief Minister in accordance with Article 201, Clause 2 of the Constitution of Nepal.
According to him, the number of bills verified by the state chief Tilak Pariyar has reached 17 while the number of bills verified by the state chief's office has reached 39 so far.
After the ratification of the long-pending bill, the provincial government has taken it as a great success.
Chief Justice of Province 2, Dipendra Jha, said that the ratification of the bill was a historic success and now the bill has paved the way for development by making the state autonomous and empowered.
