Prohibitory orders (Lockdown) Issued in Siraha District till 4th June 2021:

Prohibitory orders (lockdown) have been issued in Siraha till 21^st Jestha 2078 (4^th June 2021). Chief District Officer Pradipraj Kandel informed that the decision of the District Crisis Management Center on Saturday has decided to issue prohibitory orders with effect from midnight on Saturday.

Prohibitory orders have been issued in eight districts of Province No. 2 including Siraha. As corona infections with new variants are on the rise, Saptari and Bara have issued prohibitory orders until further notice.

Some districts are gradually extending prohibitory orders. Prohibitory orders have been issued in Rautahat till midnight on 7^th Jestha (21^st May 2021) and in Parsa till midnight on Jestha 6 (20^th May 2021).

Prohibitory orders have already been issued in Dhanusha, Mahottari, and Sarlahi till midnight on Jeshta 10 (24^th May 2021).
