Prohibitory orders (Lockdown) Extended Till Jeshta 13 in Kathmandu Valley:
Prohibitory orders (Lockdown) have been extended for 15 days in Kathmandu Valley. A meeting of the Chief District Officers of all the three districts of the Kathmandu Valley has decided to extend the Prohibitory Orders till Jestha 13.
Similarly, the meeting of CDOs also decided to stop all construction work except the national priority development project, said Lalit Basnet, Acting Chief District Officer of Lalitpur.
According to Basnet, the meeting will also stop weddings, Bratbandhas, and banquets at the party palace, and more than 10 people will not be allowed to attend such programs at home.
n the Kathmandu Valley, consumer goods shops can now be opened till 10 am. A meeting of the Chief District Officers of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur districts has decided to allow the operation of consumer goods shops till 10 o'clock.
According to Kathmandu Chief District Officer Kali Prasad Parajuli, it has been decided to allow the general public to operate the shop till 10 in the morning.
