Prohibitory orders (Lockdown) Extended Till Jeshta 11 in Morang District:

Prohibitory orders have been extended for the second time in the Morang district. Chief District Officer of Morang, Koshahari Niraula, informed that the District Administration Office, Morang has extended prohibitory orders till Jestha 11, 2078 (25th May 2021).

Prior to this, prohibitory orders were issued from Baishakh 24 (7th May) to Jestha 1 (15th) midnight. Chief District Officer Niraula informed that it has been decided to continue the prohibitory orders till midnight on 25th May (Jestha 11, 2078) to stop the spread of corona infection.

During the prohibitory orders period, physical construction operated by the private sector, except those operated by the government, is banned. The time for transportation of materials used in physical construction till10 o'clock in the morning.

The administration has also decided to tighten the industry sector. Earlier, industrial workers were allowed to go from home to industry. It has been decided to run the industry only by using the workers in the residency of the industry from Jestha 1, 2078 (15th May 2021).

He said that it was decided to stop the movement of outside workers. The administration has fixed time till 10 am for the sale of food grains, vegetables, milk, and other essential items.
