Prof. Dr. Gangol Appointed as the VC of Patan Academy of Health Sciences:
Prof. Dr. Rajesh Nath Gangol has been appointed as the Vice-Chancellor of Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS). Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also the Chancellor, appointed the Vice-Chancellor on Friday on the basis of the recommendations made by the recommendation committee formed under the convenership of the Vice-Chancellor and Health and Population Minister Hridayesh Tripathi.
Earlier, the government had appointed Dr. Mangal Rawal as the Vice-Chancellor of Karnali Institute of Health Sciences and Dr. Duk Bahadur Chhetri as the Vice-Chancellor of Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences. The search committee had recommended Prof. Dr. Dan Bahadur Karki at number two and Prof. Dr. Anil Kumar Mishra at number three for the post of Vice-Chancellor of Patan Institute of Health Sciences.
