For the same purpose, the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration has sent a circular to all 77 District Coordinating Committees and all 753 local levels to send the details of contract service employees to government agencies at all three levels across the country.

As per the same decision of the task force, the government has started the process of including the contract service employees in the government bodies in the contribution-based social security fund.

Point 286 of this fiscal year's budget statement states that temporary, salaried, and contract employees working in various offices under public bodies will be included in the contribution-based social security fund. At present, there are about 32,000 temporary, contract and salaried employees. Most of them are working as drivers, office assistants and janitors, and some as computer operators.
