Prime Minister Employment Programme (PMEP) Notice Regarding Technical Assistant Selection:

Subject: - Regarding technical assistant selection.
In this regard, the transformation initiative for youth employment under the Prime Minister's Employment Program
The project (Technical Assistant for Transformation) is similar to the local level V. The process of filling up the technical assistant posts in the villages and municipalities has been sent to all the local levels for selection. There is a request as per the decision of the secretary-level on 4-25.
The following Points:
1. To complete the selection process as per the budget provided to the local level and the "Procedure related to the recruitment of Technical Assistants in Rural Municipalities and Municipalities" sent on 2077-4-12, as the proposed Technical Assistant is a technical assistance employee in the program run under the Prime Minister's Employment Program.
2. Due to the shortage of technical staff at any local level, the minimum qualification for the program to be implemented under the Prime Minister's Employment Program (Technical Assistant (Sub-Engineer) is the same as for the local level 5th level. In the case of posting, the decision can be made by the local level executive and the Ministry will be informed along with the details of the staff assigned in this way.
However, the employees assigned in this way will not be provided salary and allowance from the budget allocated for the post of Technical Assistant from the Transformation Initiative for Youth Employment (Youth Form) program.
3. Return the amount of salary and allowance of the technical assistant as per the rules if it is managed by the existing manpower as per 3 points 2.
4. If any of the currently employed technical assistants (sub-engineers) of any type other than the permanent ones have to be kept in such a way that the salary allowance is to be paid from this program, they can be selected on the basis of public competition as per the recruitment process sent on 2077-4-12.
