President Vidyadevi Bhandari has said that quality education is needed today. Baglung Municipality-12, Balewa, Prithvi Hiranya Secondary School in Amalachaur, at the handover ceremony of the new building, President Bhandari emphasized the responsibility for government to provide quality education to the student who later contributed to the state. The President said, "The relationship between the guardian and the student is an atmosphere of quality education, and everyone should contribute to quality education."
She said that local schools should play a positive role in order to enable the school. After handover the school's building to his family in memory of Hiranya Prasad Dhakal, President Bhandari also unveiled the Shalik of Social servant Dhaka built at the school premises.
President handed over the newly reconstructed school’s key to the son of late Hiranya Dhakal (Hemraj Dhakal, Vice President of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce & Industries (FNCCI) Chandra Dhakal). The building has been constructed at the cost of six million rupees.
The Dhakal family has been investing for the development of physical and educational quality in order to make a model school for Amalchaur's only secondary school. In addition to the pre-school student Dr. Hemraj Sharma, the arrangement of Science Lab, E-Patty, Computer Lab and library also has been facilitated. Principal Prem Chapagai said, currently there are 388 students in class in the school.
