Prativa Secondary School Pokhara Celebrates Achievement and Welcomes New Students
Prativa Secondary School in Pokhara recently held a grand ceremony to recognize and reward the academic excellence of its students in the year 2079. The event also served as a warm welcome to the newly admitted students.
During the ceremony, prizes were distributed to the students who had excelled in various educational activities. The top three students in each class were honored with shields, symbolizing their outstanding achievements. The awards were presented by esteemed individuals including Narayan Poudel, Chairman of the School Board, Vishwagopal Parajuli, Founder and Finance Director, Bal Bahadur Thapa, Managing Director, Kiran Sapkota, Principal, Suresh Manandhar, Head of Kanya Campus Pokhara, and journalist Ranjan Adhikari, among others.
In his address, President Narayan Paudel emphasized the school's unwavering commitment to providing quality education. He stressed the importance of fostering a close relationship between parents and the school, as it plays a pivotal role in the students' progress and moral development. President Paudel urged parents to actively engage with the school and stay informed about their children's educational journey. He commended Prativa Secondary School for its remarkable growth from humble beginnings to its current status as a premier institution, even though it now faces limitations in accommodating the growing number of students.
Principal Kiran Sapkota took the opportunity to highlight the school's achievements and share its future plans. He expressed the school's steadfast dedication to nurturing a bright future for all students by implementing the latest educational philosophies and programs. Principal Sapkota also mentioned the ongoing construction of a state-of-the-art building with modern facilities, including an underground meeting hall and a futsal ground on the top floor. These developments are aimed at providing an enriched learning environment for the students.
The program, skillfully orchestrated by Principal Pradeep Khanal, featured a range of cultural performances, including songs and dances by the talented students. Additionally, the students unveiled a wall calendar for the year 2080, which showcases the academic schedule and serves as a useful tool for students and parents alike.
