Patan High Court has issued an order to take action against teachers involved in party politics. In a preliminary hearing on a writ petition filed by Ajit Bhandari alleging that teachers have become active members of various parties and delegates to the General Convention, the Patan High Court has ordered action against those violating the law.

"Political parties Act, Civil Service Act, and Education Act, as well as various acts related to government employees, including legislation passed by political parties, have a provision that those holding public office are not allowed to participate in politics."

The order said, "Provisions in the law should be implemented, the regulatory body should enforce the law if anyone commits any act against the law, the concerned body should be active in enforcing the law by punishing the violators and enforcing the law." '

The petitioner Bhandari had filed a writ petition against the Election Commission and various parties, including the Prime Minister's Office and the Office of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA).
