The Parliament's Education and Health Committee has pointed out that the establishment of Sports University for the development of the sports sector. The committee has directed the government to establish a National Sports Training Center, sports academy and conduct a sports university for higher education. 

The committee formed a sub-committee to study the youth and sports sector. The 7-member sub-committee formed under the consolidation of MP Jeevan Ram Shrestha has suggested the national player make a monthly commitment. 

Coordinator of the subcommittee, Jayapuri Gharti has called for youth and sports minister Jagat Vishwakarma. According to coordinator Shrestha, the government has been advised to pay the salary to the players. It is important to prepare a player who can compete internationally. " Economic deficiencies are playing in the sports sector, "he said. 

The Committee has suggested the government to expand investment in the sports sector. It is mentioned in the recommendation of national players and national team to regularize regular remuneration to players on the national team. Due to the development of the sports sector, the committee has been constantly increasing the revenue of the nation and the creation of employment.

The government has suggested providing such anonymity to the policy to provide social security in the areas like lifelong public transportation, health care, and life insurance and giving special priority for employment opportunities. 

The committee has recommended the government to bring the policy of promoting the private sector in the development of the sports immediately. The report of the Committee should also initiate the initiative to conduct sports activities from schools, communities, and universities. 

For this, it has been suggested that President Running Shield and a team of sports competitions at the University are organized to arranged. In each of the primary and secondary schools, the arrangement for conducting a mandatory scout unit is suggested to be in the Education Act.

'Scout classes should be compulsory operation one day by weekly inclusion in the sciences program,' the report says. 

If the Scout student wants to enter the security body, it is suggested to provide additional points and priority arrangements in the system. Coordinator Shrestha informed that the report should be prepared to prepare a sports calendar for the National Sports Council. According to the structure of the state, the organizational structure of the council is recommended to restructure. The council has suggested suggestions for conducting decentralization policy. 

The Committee has instructed to complete the construction of international cricket at the earliest in the construction of Mulpani. Development of sports has been believed to contribute significantly to the tourism industry of the country. For Nepalese Army, Nepal Police and Armed Police, the physical infrastructure of the sports, construction, repair, and training of the Armed Forces has been set to be a separate budget. 

The committee had given instructions directed by Minister Vishwakarma to the meeting. The MPs asked the Minister about the preparation of the 13th South Asian Games Championship in Nepal. For the tournament, the Minister has directed the Minister for preparing priority for preparation of infrastructure, sports spot construction, repair improvement, player, trainer and management of sports materials. The parliamentarians who had not been able to pay attention to the preservation of finished sports infrastructure.
