All students in the age group of 12 to 17 should be vaccinated next week; Central Chairman Tikaram Puri said that they have demanded to provide vaccination to children between the ages of 5 and 11.

He said that only schools have been closed and the education sector has been deadlocked. However, if the corona infection rate does not remain the same, but if it does decrease, we demand that the school be made to operate by maintaining the standard of health protection for the vaccinated students.

He said that the government has requested the Minister to provide immunization for children between the ages of five and 11 as soon as possible and booster dose for teachers and staff.

Similarly, 18 working committees including PABSON's Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur District Committees, and Municipal Committees have submitted a 10-point memorandum to all the three District Administration Offices.

Secretary of Kathmandu District PABSON Sudarshan Thapa said that the municipalities are preparing to submit the report on 14th Magha. He said that the school should be opened by adopting health safety measures as the children are safer in school than at home.

"Children are safer at school than at home," he said. Because the children at home do not obey the parents. Goes to play with friends around. If it is in school then there are certain rules. We follow all health care standards. So the children will be safe. '

Therefore, he has demanded to open a school for vaccinated children. Thapa said, "We have submitted a 10-point memorandum on the need to run the school without any hindrance as the children are at risk of psycho-social and psycho-cultural deviation while engaging in games and chats in the name of online classes."
