Online Class at Sanskrit University:
Students and teachers studying at Nepal Sanskrit University will soon be participating in online classes. After conducting student search and teacher capacity building programs, even Sanskrit students will now be able to continue their studies online.
Registrar of Sanskrit University, Associate Professor Madhav Adhikari, said that they are also preparing to teach students online after the situation has arisen that classes cannot be conducted physically for a few more months.

Training for Guru:
For this, the university has started an online training program for teachers from Sunday. It is said that there is a plan to involve more than 700 teachers teaching at the university. The training is planned to be completed within a year. Many university teachers are old-fashioned and need to be trained before conducting online classes, according to university officials. Getting old astrology and Sanskrit teachers to participate in online classes is considered challenging. It is planned to connect students of all campuses online. There are 15 affiliated campuses under the university.
Classes:
One class at the (undergraduate) level and two at the Acharya (postgraduate) level will be conducted online. Apart from this, three-year BAMS (Bachelor level) students of Kaviraj Ayurveda will also be connected online, the university said. Dhaneshwor Nepal, an associate professor at the university, said that an initiative is being taken to conduct online classes in the current situation where students are not able to study.
It has been stated that the operation of online classes has been delayed due to the absence of the chief official of Nepal University. The registrar officer said that the work of code of conduct for teachers and students, online directory, and other works are being carried out by the temporary mercury as there is no official including the vice-chancellor. The post of Vice-Chancellor and other office bearers has been vacant in the university since last August.
Moving forward Valmiki:
The Valmiki University, which is under the university, has started connecting students to online classes on its own initiative. The campus head of the university, Dr. Ganesh Prasad Ghimire informed the campus has started taking classes online for undergraduate and postgraduate students on its own initiative. He said that the students of Falit Jyotish, English, Dharmashastra, Itihas, Purana, Siddhanta Jyotish are being connected online and they have taken the initiative.
