It is well known that the second amendment to the Constitution of Nepal has amended the Emblem of Nepal in Schedule 3 of the Constitution. The amendment has been published in the Nepal Gazette on 4th Ashad 2077 BS. Challan No. 950 of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Office Management and Gender Branch) requests you to use the same Emblem of Nepal in all written, correspondence, information, website, and operations where the mark of Nepal is used.
As it has been written from the letter of Ashad 5, 2077 there is a request as per the order to make arrangements to use the modified mark of Nepal accordingly. Also attached is a copy of the Nepal Gazette dated 2077 A.D.
