Rule 2076 Rule 3 (R) of Rule 2076 Rule 2076 rules "A teacher's performance is yet to be evaluated at the time this rule is initiated and the date of commencement of this rule, with the prior approval of the Commission, has been in force before this rule began. If there is a provision for evaluating the performance, then it should be done according to the rules. If the performance of teachers for the sessions 2074 and 2075 is yet to be evaluated, please make the following procedure as per the decision of the Teacher Services Commission dated 2076/07/01.
1. If the evaluation of the performance assessment form registered at the school within the stipulated time is to be done by the Principal Supervisor, then the Principal will have to send the assessment to the concerned local level and if the Principal is not his supervisor then he should send it to the Supervisor.
2. The supervisory and review committee of the teachers and principals will be as follows.
3. The evaluation form must be registered and archived by the school at the local level and the concerned local level sent to the district level education development and coordination unit.
4. If the performance evaluation form for the academic session 2074 and 2075 is yet to be evaluated, Point No. as per the Teacher Services Commission (Tenth Amendment) Rules 2076 The Supervisor and Review Committee referred to in 2 shall evaluate.
5. According to the Ninth Amendment Rules of the Teacher Services Commission, the performance rating for the academic sessions 2074 and 2075 will be given a maximum of 8 posts by the Supervisor and 2 by the Review Committee.
6. Performance evaluation of the academic sessions 2074 and 2075 should be completed by 2076/12/12.
7. The Secretariat of the Review Committee shall be in the Education Development and Coordination Unit.
8. After the review committee has been evaluated, the Education Development and Coordination Unit should send the level and level wise envelop and shield (lacquer) to the review committee within 30 days.
9. The form and marks arrangement will be in accordance with the Teacher Services Commission (Tenth Resource) Rules 2076, after the performance of the academic session 2076.
