Notice regarding recommending the name of the employee for the civil service award
Government of Nepal has been awarding the best civil service award, best civil service award and civil service award to the civil servants on the occasion of Civil Service Day every year on the recommendation of the committee as per sub-rule (2) of rule 116A of the Civil Service Rules, 2050.
In this regard, all the ministries/secretariats/commissions working for the civil servants including the employees of the subordinate offices should come to this ministry by 2077-04-15 as per the provision of sub-rule (3) of rule 116 (a) and schedule 17A (1) of this regulation.
It is requested to recommend and send the list as per the decision of the Civil Service Day Main Ceremony Committee dated 2077-03-31. Also, the form of grounds to be filled while recommending 20 civil servants awards is available on the website of this ministry.
