Mega Bank Nepal Limited, which has its head office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, and is licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to have Class A license, has its head office in Pokhara, Kaski. The resolution passed by the special general meeting held on 02/21/2011 and the final approval received from Nepal Rastra Bank on 2077-03-10 and in this regard the final acquisition of Gandaki Development Bank Limited from the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Office of the Registrar of Companies, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. Operation of Integrated Financial Transactions in the name of Mega Bank Nepal Limited from Sunday, 2071-03-21 after the acquisition as per the approval received on 2077-03-14. All our customers, shareholders, regulators, and others concerned All dignitaries are informed by this information.
The Central Offices and Branch Offices of Gandaki Development Bank Ltd. will operate as the Provincial / Branch Offices of Mega Bank Nepal Limited from 2077-03-21.
For the purpose of data migration of all the data of both the banks into a single banking software, all the banking services and transactions of Mega Bank Nepal Limited and Gandaki Bikas Bank Limited on Friday, 2077-03-19, and on Saturday, 2077-03-20, a public holiday. We would like to inform all the operating counters (Holiday Counters) and other banking services will be closed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to all of our customers.
For the convenience of the customers, we would like to inform arrangements have been made to accept checks and ATM cards issued by the former Gandaki Development Bank Limited until they are replaced.
