Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal Police (Nepal Prahari) Headquarters, Naxal (Inspector General's Secretariat, Legal Branch) Notice Regarding Reporting to Duty

The following police personnel have been absent from their duty stations without permission since the specified date. Despite efforts to locate them and complete the process as per Rule 115(2) of the Police Regulations, 2071, they have not made contact with the office even after the notice was posted. Therefore, this notice is being published regarding their requirement to report to duty.

Within seven (7) days of the publication of this notice, excluding the travel time, you are required to report to this office or the office that issued this notice, providing a satisfactory explanation for your absence.

Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action as per Rule 113(1)(c) of the Police Regulations, 2071, leading to removal from service according to Rule 109(b)(1) of the Police Regulations, 2071.

This collective notice also serves as your opportunity to present your defense as per Part 4 of Schedule 14 of the Police Regulations, 2071.
