Urgent Notice regarding submission of property details of 2076/077
1. Pursuant to Sub-section (1) of Section 50 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 and Section 31A of the Authority Abuse Investigation Act, 2048, every teacher is required to submit up-to-date property details including the source of his or her family's assets within 60 tins of the end of the financial year. As per the provision, the property details of FY 2076/77 should be submitted by each permanent teacher to the National Library by filling the property details form as per the format prescribed in the notice of the Government of Nepal, Prime Minister and Council of Ministers dated 6th Baishakh2067 (Teacher).

2. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, various dated guidelines and procedures issued by the Government of Nepal have made it difficult to get around and the risk of infection increases during any crowded work. Without having to go to the Record Office, the school/education development and coordination unit should coordinate and send it to the National Library (Teacher) by 2077-04-01 to 2077-05-20. This library will be open for the purpose of registering property details on the public holidays on the last day for submission of property details.
3. As there will be study leave, extraordinary leave and other leave, long term, or suspended teachers holding public office, it will be the responsibility of the teacher concerned to submit the property details within the time limit.
4. Teachers who have retired within 076.077 (i.e. from 2076-04-1 to 2077 Ashad Last) have to submit the property details as per the above.
5. Citrol No. will not be recorded as non-compliant, property details received after the due date.
6. The property details form is available on the office's website www.stro.gov.np. Property details registration information is received by SMS to the mobile number mentioned by the teacher concerned.
