NMSS Provided PPE to Trainee Doctors of Nobel Medical College

Nepal Medical Student' Society (NMSS) has provided health protection materials including PPE to the trainee doctors (interns) of Nobel Medical College. Society has provided health protection materials including PPE, masks, face shields, and sanitizers to 90 people who have been doing internships during MBBS studies in the college.

Principal Dr. Ram Hari Ghimire, Koshi Zonal President of Nepal Medical Association Dr. Forward Silwal, Program Manager of the Society Sabin Regmi, and others handed over the materials at the program organized by the Society at the College. Rajesh Sharma Poudel, the program coordinator of the society, said that materials were provided to keep the interns at the forefront of treatment during the Corona epidemic safe.

The society has so far provided materials to about 600 interns working in 8 colleges including Kathmandu Medical College and Gandaki Medical College. The society, which has been providing materials with the support of Taiwan-based Chuji Foundation, has stated that it will provide materials to about 900 interns from 14 medical colleges across the country.
