Notice Regarding Distribution of Registration Certificates by Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC) (Established as per Nepal Health Professional Council Act, 2053, Bansbari, Kathmandu)

This notice is published to inform all concerned that the registration certificates for candidates who passed the eleventh registration certificate examination conducted by the Council from 2081/08/24 to 2081/08/26 will be distributed on the dates mentioned below. Candidates are also requested to bring the documents and original certificates required by the Council and to visit the Council on their designated date to collect their certificates.

Required Documents for Collecting Registration Certificates:

• One passport-sized photo used during the online form submission.

• Original bank voucher and original receipt for the examination fee and registration fee, deposited in the bank accounts specified by the Council.

• Level: Postgraduate / Graduate / Certificate

• Studied in Nepal:

  • Postgraduate: NPR 2050

  • Graduate: NPR 1550

  • Certificate: NPR 1050

• Studied Abroad:

  • Postgraduate: NPR 4050

  • Graduate: NPR 3050

  • Certificate: NPR 2050

• Photocopy and original of Nepali citizenship certificate.

• Photocopy and original of SLC mark sheet, character certificate, and provisional/original certificates.

• Photocopy and original of mark sheets, character certificates, and provisional/original certificates for Certificate level, Graduate level, and Postgraduate level, including practical training certificates.

• Equivalency certificates from Tribhuvan University/CTEVT/Curriculum Development Center for foreign students, both photocopies and originals.

• Both photocopy and original study agreement letter from the Council/Medical Education Commission for studying abroad.

• Photocopy and original of the admission card from the registration examination conducted by the Council.

• For students who studied in Nepal:

  • Write "True Copy" on the back of each photocopy, sign them, and place the photocopies in a record file with the originals in a clear bag.

• For students who studied abroad:

  • Notarize all photocopies and place the notarized photocopies in a record file with the originals in a clear bag.

Additional Information:

• Registration certificates will be available two days after submitting the file to the Council.
