NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for permission to issue ordinary shares ( Initial Public Offering IPO).
NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta is about to issue an IPO of 8 lakh 28 thousand 750 lots i.e. Rs. 82.8 million. The company has appointed Global IME Capital as the sales manager for the IPO issue. According to the executive chairman of the organization, Bishwa Prakash Prasai Thakuri, the application for IPO was filed with the board on April 20.
