'Nepal Super League' Football Players' Auction Value:

The auction of the 'Nepal Super League' has ended. For the first time in Nepal, an auction has been held for a football tournament. A total of 159 players were included in the auction conducted by Nepal Sports Management, the organizer of the franchise football competition Nepal Super League. Seven teams have signed 13 players. All the teams have selected three players from groups A, B, and C.

The league has Kathmandu Razors, Lalitpur City, FC Chitwan, Biratnagar City, Dhangadhi FC, Pokhara Thunders, and Butwal Lumbini. The league is operating in Kathmandu from 28 April 2021 to 8 May 2021 (2078 Baishakh 11 to 25).

Eight players have been contracted for Rs 200,000 in the auction. Players have signed contracts ranging from a minimum of Rs 20,000 to a maximum of Rs 200,000. Sujal Shrestha and Deepak Karki have been signed by Pokhara Thunders for Rs 200,000. Lalitpur City has bought Arik Bista for Rs 200,000.

Kathmandu Rayzers FC has signed Tej Tamang, Chitwan FC has signed Vishal Sunar & Vikas Khawas for Rs 200,000, while Biratnagar FC has signed Sunil Bal for Rs 200,000. Meanwhile, Dhangadhi FC has paid Rs 200,000 to Dinesh Rajbanshi.
