During the last fiscal year, the budget was presented to the Honorable Finance Minister Shri Yuvraj Khatiwada, on the occasion of Republic Day. In order to increase the morale of the civil servants in the budget, the salary was increased according to the level of the employees. The salaries of all the other staff increased but the past and child development teachers in the school dealt with neglect and injustice towards the state. Given the neglect of low wages, we have been paying close attention to inhumane treatment to address the problem of time-bound employees who have been injured for years.

It is clear that Nepal's commitment to various international associations, organizations and labor exploitation is being paid by the International Labor Organization at a minimum wage. The demands of the school staff and the child development teacher working in the school are addressed from the inside out. If the Government of Nepal goes ahead with the fastest timely remuneration (regardless of assessment and determination), we will be forced to protest.
