Nepal Rastra Bank Notice Regarding exchange of 4th edition of Qatari Riyal Banknotes:
The Qatari Riyal Banknotes of the 4th Edition issued by the Central Bank of Qatar are due to be removed from circulation after 1 July 2021; Such notes should be exchanged by the Banking Department of the Bank, State Banking Offices of the Bank, Banking Licensed Banks, and Financial Institutions licensed to conduct foreign exchange or Money changers licensed to convert convertible foreign currency by 27th Baishakh 2078. This notice has been issued to all concerned.
This notice has been published for the information of all concerned including the bank and the licensed banks and financial institutions and money changers will not be obliged to exchange such banknotes after that date.
