Nepal Police (Prahari) Notice for Attendance for Absentees Police Personnel

The following police personnel mentioned below have been absent from the office without permission from the mentioned date. Despite the search and completion of the process as per Rule 115 (2) of the Police Regulations, 2071, and even after posting the notice, they have not contacted the office. Therefore, this notice is published regarding their attendance.
You are requested to come to this office or the office issuing the notice within seven (7) days excluding the travel time from the date of publication of this notice, with a satisfactory explanation for your absence.
Otherwise, action will be taken against you under Rule 113 (1) (c) of the Police Regulations, 2071, in accordance with Rule 109 (b) (1) of the Police Regulations, 2071, and you will be removed from service.
For the purposes of Part 4 of Schedule 14 of the Police Regulations, 2071, you are provided with the opportunity to defend yourself through this collective notice.
