The reason for your non-appearance within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice, except for the period of travel, may come to this office with a satisfactory/explanatory answer; Otherwise, in case of violation of clause (f) of Rule 113 (1) of the Police Rules, 2071, you will be removed from service as per Rule 109 (b) (1) of the Police Rules; For the purpose of Part 4 of Schedule 14 of the Police Rules, 2071, you have been informed by this collective information that you have been provided an opportunity for clarification.
