Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal (Inspector General of Police's Secretariat, Law Branch) Notice Regarding Appearance for Duty. The police personnel with the following details have been voluntarily absent from duty since the dates specified below. Despite searches and completion of procedures as per Rule 115(2) of the Police Regulations, 2071, including posting this notice, you have not contacted the office. Therefore, this notice is published regarding your appearance for duty.
You are hereby requested to appear at this office or the issuing office with a satisfactory explanation of your absence within seven (7) days, excluding travel time, from this notice's publication date. Otherwise, action will be taken to remove you from service as per Rule 109(b)(1) of the aforementioned Regulations for the offense under Sub-rule (1)(c) of Rule 113 of the Police Regulations, 2071. For Part 4 of Schedule 14 of the Police Regulations, 2071, this collective notice allows you to be heard.
