Nepal Police (Nepal Prahari) Notice for Absentees Police Personal

The following police personnel, whose details are outlined below, have been absent from their duty post from the specified dates without authorization. Despite extensive searches and the completion of formal procedures as per Section 115, Subsection (2) of the Police Regulations, 2071, they have failed to contact the office even after publicly posting this notice.
Therefore, this notice is published to inform that these personnel must present themselves at the respective office that issued this notice within seven (7) days from the publication date, excluding travel time, providing a satisfactory explanation for their absence.
Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action under Section 109, Clause (b)(1) of the Police Regulations, 2071, for offenses outlined in Section 113, Subsection (1), Clause (c). As such, this collective notice allows these personnel to respond and defend themselves as per Section 4, Schedule 14 of the Police Regulations, 2071.
