The following notice is issued regarding the absence of the police personnel listed below, who have been absent from duty from the mentioned date without permission. Despite efforts to contact them, and after completing the necessary procedures as per Rule 115 (2) of the Nepal Police Regulations, 2071, they have failed to report to the office. Therefore, this notice is published to inform them to report to duty.

They are required to appear at this office or the issuing office with a satisfactory explanation, clarifying the reasons for their unauthorized absence, within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice (excluding travel time). Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action, including removal from service under Rule 113 (1), Section (Cha) and Rule 109 (Kha) (1) of the Nepal Police Regulations, 2071.

This collective notice also serves as an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with Part 4 of Schedule 14 of the Nepal Police Regulations, 2071.
