
Notice Regarding Mandatory Reporting – Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal (Inspector General’s Secretariat, Legal Division), Important Notice on Attendance.
This is to inform the following police personnel, who have been absent from duty without official leave from the mentioned dates, that despite repeated attempts to trace and contact them, and even after notice postings in accordance with Rule 115(2) of the Police Regulations, 2071, they have not communicated with the office.
Therefore, this public notice has been issued requiring the concerned officers to:

Report to this office or the respective issuing authority within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice (excluding travel time).

Provide a written explanation with satisfactory justification for their unauthorized absence.
Failure to Comply:
If you fail to report within the stipulated time and provide a valid explanation, disciplinary action will be initiated under Rule 113(1)(c) of the Police Regulations, 2071, and you may be removed from service under Rule 109(b)(1) of the same regulation.
As per Schedule 14, Part 4 of the Police Regulations, 2071, this collective notice is considered an opportunity to defend yourself (right to reply).
