Instructions:

1. Candidates must use only a black ink dot pen or ballpoint pen to write answers in the answer booklet.

2. Mobile phones are prohibited inside the examination hall.

3. No candidate will be allowed to take the exam without an admit card. Candidates must bring their admit card and arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam begins.

4. The scheduled exam program will not be postponed even if unforeseen leave occurs on the day of the exam without prior notice from the commission.

5. For objective multiple-choice questions, 20% of marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.

6. For objective multiple-choice questions, answers must be written in English capital letters (A, B, C, D) to be considered valid.

7. Along with the admit card issued by the concerned authority, candidates must bring any identity card with a photo issued by the Government of Nepal or citizenship certificate.

8. As per Rule 68 of the Lok Sewa Aayog Regulations, 2079, candidates requiring writing assistance must submit an application to the office conducting the exam at least 10 days prior to the exam date.
