Nepal Notary Public Council Distributes Certificates to New Notaries Public
The Nepal Notary Public Council has recently issued certificates to individuals who completed notary public training in Kathmandu on the 28th and 29th of Chaitra 2079. The council has authorized these individuals to work as notaries public in several districts across Nepal.
Authorized districts
Certificates have been issued to notaries public in the following districts: Kathmandu, Kaski, Sunsari, Morang, Saptari, Gulmi, Chitwan, Syangja, Dadeldhura, Tanahun, Terhathum, Darchula, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta Pashchim), Parbat, Palpa, Banke, Dang, Bhaktapur, Rupandehi, Lalitpur, and Surkhet.
Purpose of certificates
The certificates issued by the Nepal Notary Public Council authorize individuals to perform document authentication and copy attestation according to section 19 of the Notary Public Act, 2063.
