Nepal, Japan Prepare to Sign Labour Agreement on Monday

Significant understanding of workforce between Nepal and Japan will be signed on Monday. After drafting the agreement between the two countries, the draft of the MoC has passed by the Council of Ministers of the two countries.

The Ministry of Labor and Employment had planned to sign the MoC in March with Japan. According to that, the cabinet has passed the agreement to accept Secretary Mahesh Dahal bypassing the draft.

After this understanding, the process of sending workers in Japan will begin in Nepal. For this, send a separate unit to the Ministry of Labor to send it to Japan.

Both countries have agreed in Japan by establishing a mechanism from the government level for workers' supply. Now manpower businessmen will be separated from the process of sending workers in Japan. The Nepal and Japan government will make a separate mechanism like Korea to choose and send workers.

Both parties have come to the conclusion about the law enforcement process, process, worker's service, convenience, security. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Japanese workers will serve as Japan's citizens, as Japan agreed to supply and legalize Nepalese workers according to international recognition.

After understanding the cost, the technological mechanisms between the two countries will tangle. Nepal has requested Japan not to interact with manpower and mechanical mechanisms in the workforce and to take maximum hire workers. In the meeting of the Nepal-Japan Technical Committee, both the countries had emphasized on making the supply process transparent and competitive.

Now preparations will begin for the process of taking workers from April. After understanding, language selection and skip testing, the worker selection process will be started. 

According to the draft agreement, now the language can be spoken and written in Japan (the fourth level of JLPT).

Earlier, Nepalese workers limited to Jetco could go to Japan. Now Japan and Nepal have reached the conclusion of making arrangements for labor supply by preparing new mechanisms and procedures.

After the workforce crisis, the Japanese government has taken the policy to bring foreign workers. Japan is also planning to work with China, Indonesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

During the implementation of the new policy, Japan will spend 22.4 billion yuan in the next fiscal year. 

According to the revised immigration law, Japan has taken the policy of working visa for the first time after the definite sip and the foreign workers who are advertised. 

Government plans to allow 3 lakh 45 thousand foreign workers to work in 14 industrial areas in the first five years. In those areas nursing care, construction, hotel, agriculture, fishing, and fishing.
