The Government of Saudi Arabia has allocated a quota for 1,200 Nepali Muslims to perform Hajj in the year 2025 (Hajj 1446). Nepali Muslims who wish to perform Hajj within this quota are requested to download the Hajj application form from the Nepal Hajj Committee Secretariat's website at nepalhajj.moha.gov.np and submit it to the District Administration Office of their permanent residence. The first installment of NPR 50,000 (in words: Fifty Thousand only) must be deposited between 2081/04/32 and 2081/06/30 (corresponding to 16 August to 16 October 2024). The following documents must be attached with the application:

Documents to be Submitted with the Application:

1. Photocopy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate.
2. Photocopy of Passport (MRP or e-passport) - 1 copy.
   • Ensure that the passport details, including name, address, date of birth, gender (male/female), and the stamp and signature of the issuing office are correct, and the passport validity extends beyond 30 December 2025.
3. Original voucher for the payment of NPR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand only) deposited in the current account no. 1130100000396001 of the Nepal Hajj Committee at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Putalisadak Branch, as the first installment for Hajj fees.
4. Recently taken passport-sized photo (with a white background) - 2 copies.
5. Photocopy of the certificate showing full vaccination against Covid-19 - 1 copy.
6. Photocopy of a bank check from the applicant's bank account (joint account with spouse is acceptable) - 1 copy.
