Notice regarding new electricity tariff rate:
As per the decision of the Electricity Regulatory Commission dated 2077-03-01, the new electricity tariff rate for the consumers of Nepal Electricity Authority has been fixed with effect from the consumption of the month of Asar 2077, i.e. from the billing of 1st Shrawan 2077. Accordingly, the Electricity Tariff Collection Regulation, 2077 BS has been approved by the Board of Directors of Nepal Electricity Authority and has also been placed on the website of Nepal Electricity Authority www.nea.org.np.
Therefore, all the consumers of Nepal Electricity Authority are requested to be aware of the new electricity tariff rate as per the billing from Shrawan 2077 BS. If there is any query or ambiguity regarding the electricity tariff, it is requested to contact the concerned distribution center.
