In the last 24 hours, 8,636 people have been confirmed infected and 169 have died. The PCR test of 22,306 samples in laboratories across the country tested 8387 and 630 antigen tests confirmed 249 infections.

At the same time, the number of active infected has reached 117,261, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

So far, 5 lakh 28 thousand 848 have been infected. Of them, 404887 have been recovered. In the last 24 hours, 6404 people have been recovered. So far 6,700 have died.

According to the Ministry of Health, the highest number of corona cases has been reported in Kathmandu in 1863, 578 in Kaski, 427 in Lalitpur, 417 in Morang, 375 in Kailali, and 328 in Kavrepalanchowk.
