Why not exclude the employees referred to in Regulation 40 (2) (A) of the Council's Staff Administration Regulations, 2049, from the date of absenteeism to the employees mentioned in the offices under the auspices under the Council Since the publication of the information in the home address and in the first and second edition of the Gorkhapatra Daily on 2075/11/15 and 2076/01/05, respectively, has been absent as per the decision of the Executive Committee of the Council, absent the date of the charge of Regulation, 40 (2) (A) of the Regulation. This notice has been published because you are removed from the service to be ineligible for future council service. Notwithstanding this, the information in accordance with Regulation 74 of the same Regulation may also be informed by this notice.
