Government of Nepal, National Examination Board (NEB), Examination Control Office (Grade 11 & 12) Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Notice Regarding Extension of Deadline for Grade 11 Subject Registration, Former Partial and Grade Improvement, and Regular Students' Examination Application Form Submission.
For the academic year 2081/082, the deadline for Grade 11 subject registration, former partial and grade improvement students' examination application forms for Grade 11 and 12, and regular and partial students' examination applications for Grade 12 annual examinations to be conducted in 2082 as per the new curriculum was set for 2081/10/30.
However, as some schools failed to deposit the fee and submit forms within the specified time, the deadline has been extended for the final time until 2081 Falgun 21 (March 4, 2025), with the same fee structure:

Subject registration fee: Rs. 400 per student

Former partial and grade improvement students: Rs. 1,000 per grade per student

Grade 12 application form fee: Rs. 600 per student
Schools must deposit these fees into the respective Board office's account and submit the deposit voucher, subject registration, and examination application forms to the relevant Board offices by the extended deadline.
This notice is published for the information of all concerned parties. All NEB offices are requested to comply with this notice.
Note:
Schools that have already deposited fees into the Board's account but failed to obtain receipts (only missed submitting forms) can submit their forms within the specified time based on their previous deposits.
