NEB Class 12 Board Exam Will Be Conducted in Ashoj:
The National Examination Board (NEB) is preparing to conduct the Class 12 examination in September. The board has started preparations after the government gave permission to conduct the examination from 1st Bhadra.
Board member secretary Durga Prasad Aryal informed that the examination is planned to be completed by the 15th Ashoj. He said, "The target is to complete the class 12 examination on the 15th Ashoj. We have sought permission from the ministry accordingly."
The National Examination Board (NEB) had postponed last year's Class 11 and 12 examinations on 25th Chaitra 2076 due to Kovid-19. The examination schedule was made public so that the class 12 examination would be conducted from the last 8th Baishakh and the class 11 examination from 21st Baishakh 21st.
A total of 1,147 examination centers were set up across the country for Class 12 and 432,000 students were ready to appear for the Class 12 examinations. There were about nine lakh 56 thousand candidates for classes 11 and 12.
Stating that there are quarantines in 172 examination centers across the country at present and the examinations can be conducted only by vacating them, he said that the state offices have been asked to coordinate with the local level as to when the quarantine can be vacated from the schools.
