NEB Call for Research Grant Proposals (MPhil / PhD)
National Examination Board (NEB), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Notice for Call for Research Grant Proposals. As per the approved annual budget and program for fiscal year 2081/082 from the National Examination Board, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, research grants are being provided to students at the postgraduate, M.Phil, and Ph.D. levels to write research papers on the topics mentioned below.
Interested students and researchers are invited to submit their proposals and applications by 29th Falgun 2081. Detailed information can be obtained from.

1. Topics:

2. Criteria:
-
Must be a Nepali citizen
-
For postgraduate level: Must have passed the first and second semesters
-
For M.Phil. level: Must have passed the first semester
-
For Ph.D. level: Must be registered
-
Must not have received support from any other agency for obtaining the grant
3. Payment Process:
-
25% after the approval of the proposal and submission of final data collection tools
-
25% after submitting the draft report
-
50% after submitting the final report
The final report must be submitted by 15th Ashadh 2082 (for postgraduate level). (The final report should include an action plan for implementing suggestions based on findings and recommendations, provided in the format made available by the National Examination Board.)
4. Required Documents:

Digital copies of educational certificates. For certificates obtained from foreign educational institutions or boards, an equivalence certificate must also be submitted.

Ph.D. level researchers must submit progress reports on their research work every six months to the board.
The final decision-making authority regarding this matter lies with the Board Secretariat.
Note: Students who have already developed research tools and collected data for writing research papers will not be eligible to participate in this program.
